茄子 1 條
芝士碎 適量(我用巴馬臣芝士刨碎)
任何肉粒 適量
Method
1. 將肉粒切到細細粒,然後用生抽、生粉、少少麻油醃半個鐘。
2. 分別先略炒熟肉粒,茄子拖拖水略為烚熟,拎起備用。
3. 茄子係中間位置切走一小條三角形肉,然後包上錫紙。(唔使包面,如相)
4. 之後係上面灑點鹽,滿滿地釀入肉粒,滿滿咁鋪上芝士碎。
5. 放入已預熱攝氏 200 度焗爐焗 20 分鐘就得喇!
