咖喱麵包薯仔雞

今晚整咗咖喱麵包薯仔雞, 配埋焗到熱辣辣脆卜卜既麵包, 真係好好食呀
Ingredient and Portion
雞柳 5 條(切粒)
焗薯 2 個(用焗薯整出黎會比普通薯仔更加粉,切粒)
洋葱 半個(切條)
芹菜 2 棵(切條)
咖喱粉 2 茶匙
雞蛋 2 隻(打勻)
椰汁 1 小盒
冰糖 1 小粒
鮮奶 少許(可以唔落, 隨個人喜歡)
Method
1. 雞粒用生抽 、生粉、少許麻油、雜香草、胡椒粉攪勻醃最少 1 小時備用。
2. 麵包於頂頭切開三份一,挖空內裡麵包,然後將所有麵包放入已預熱攝氏 160 度焗爐焗15分鐘,之後調教度數去 100 度焗多 10 分鐘便可。(可以做到外脆內軟既效果)
3. 先用牛油煎香雞粒,拎起備用。
4. 爆香洋葱、芹菜、加入雞粒、 薯仔、咖喱粉、水煲半個鐘。
5. 落冰糖及生抽調味。
6. 加入雞蛋、椰汁、鮮奶攪勻滾起。
7. 拎起加入麵包入面就食得喇!
Tips
做咖喱中途先開始焗麵包,咁時間就會啱啱好喇。
