臘腸菠蘿炒飯

把臘腸和飯一齊煮,是為了令飯加入臘腸的香味。

白米 250克
清水 300毫升
臘腸 200克
菠蘿 半個

Seasoning
鹽 適量
胡椒粉 少許
生抽 2茶匙
Method
1. 菠蘿挖出果肉,放在鹽水中略浸,取出切成粒狀,瀝去水分備用,臘腸切丁。
2. 將白米洗淨、瀝水 。
3 . 將白米、臘腸和水放入瓦煲內煮滾後,再改以慢火煮約15 分鐘 。
4 . 倒入飯和調味料炒勻,最後加入菠蘿粒炒勻即可。
