自己造麵包,可以少糖、少鹽、少油,健康又價錢平。看到圖片就知道麵包發得好鬆,改變了對麵包機造的麵包一定好「實」的觀感,因為消委會曾發出報告,市面上的白麵包含有好高鈉,不健康呀!

Ingredient and Portion
水 150毫升
橄欖油 1湯匙
鹽 半茶匙
糖 1茶匙
高筋麵粉 230克
乾酵母 1茶匙
Method
1. 依次序將上述材料放在麵包機的焗盆,然後放回焗箱。
2. 按1(白麵包)→500克(重量即1磅)→中度 (焗完麵包外表顏色),焗約3小時15分鐘就ok。
3. 就等焗完後,響聲取出,放涼30分鐘後切即成。
Tips
最重要是放亁酵母時不要沾到水。
