Ingredient and Portion
洋蔥碎 2湯匙
紅黃甜椒粒 少許
沙樂美腸 5片
車厘茄(切半)5粒
新意派拿破崙番茄味意粉 2包
Gin酒 適量
鹽 少許
黑椒 少許
Method
1. 燒熱油,下洋蔥碎爆香,再下紅、黃甜椒粒略炒,下少許鹽及黑椒調味,盛起備用。
2. 加入600毫升水,沸後放入麵餅煮3分鐘,加入調味醬,兜炒後加入炒過的配料,取出。
3. 將意粉放入小杯中,放入車厘茄、沙樂美腸,即可食用。
4. 如想滋味更佳,可灑入少許Gin酒。
