蜜糖的甜味令人開胃,普洱茶令到這道菜不油不膩。
Ingredient and Portion
腩排 750克
普洱茶葉 1湯匙
蒜頭 3粒
薑 4片
蔥 2條
滾水 500毫升
Seasoning
生抽 2湯匙
老抽 1湯匙
酒 2茶匙
蜜糖 1湯匙
Method
1. 腩排洗淨,切開大約每條6cm長。
2. 普洱茶葉用滾水泡開,備用。
3. 將鑊燒熱,下適量油把蒜頭、薑片及蔥爆香。
4. 然後加入腩排略炒,下酒,再加入生抽及老抽。
5. 再加入已隔去茶葉的茶及蜜糖,以文火炆大約1小時,即成。
