芒果加西米露的感覺是怎樣的呢?有興趣可以試試啊!
Ingredient and Portion
西米 2両
糖 1/2杯
芒果 3個
Method
1. 糖半杯加入半杯水,煮至糖溶,水滾取出攤涼成糖漿。
2. 西米用水浸至漲大,取出瀝至乾透,放入沸水內煮至透明狀,取出瀝乾,分放小碗內。
3. 芒果起肉切粒,取1/3放攪拌機內倒入糖漿,拌成芒果甜漿。
4. 將芒果甜漿分別倒在西米上,再放芒果粒即成。
Tips
芒果粒同西米的份量可因應自已喜好決定
