鮑魚具滋陰養顏、平衡血壓的功效,加入花菇及瑤柱,令這湯水更清甜美味,適合一家老少日常飲用。

急凍青邊鮑 1隻
鮮雞 1隻
瘦肉 6両
花菇 8隻
瑤柱 8粒
蜜棗 2粒
薑 2片
Method
1. 青邊鮑解凍後洗淨。
2. 花菇、瑤柱浸軟;蜜棗洗淨備用。
3. 將鮮雞去皮洗淨,瘦肉洗淨,分別飛水備用。
4. 煲內注入水,將全部材料放入,加入2片薑猛火煲滾,轉用慢火煲3小時,下鹽調味即可。
5. 鮑魚可於煲後撈出切片,以醬油或蠔油佐食。
