雞翼好juicy好香。
Ingredient and Portion
雞中翼 1斤
蔥 4條
薑 1塊
Seasoning
鹽 1/2茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
生粉 1/2湯匙
油 1湯匙
Method
1. 用調味料將雞翼醃好,排放在焗盤上,把薑磨成茸及蔥切細,把薑蔥茸平均放在雞翼面。
2. 放入預熱到攝氏240度的焗爐焗約20分鐘。
3. 把雞翼轉面一次,再焗20分鐘至熟即成。
