很容易製作的甜品。
Ingredient and Portion
(2人份)
雞蛋 2隻
奶 1杯(250毫升)
白砂糖 40克(1.5湯匙)
Method
1. 將蛋發勻,加入奶及糖攪勻,倒到碗中。
2. 用錫紙包住隻碗,水滾後蒸12至15分鐘即成。
