香脆煙肉雞蛋杯

小杯設計賣相精緻,煙肉條烤得香脆,雞蛋細焗下香氣透發,吃起來外鬆內軟,突顯雞蛋最感性的一面。
Ingredient and Portion
雞蛋 6隻
煙肉條 6條
牛油 少許(塗於耐熱杯底)
Method
1. 將焗爐預熱至204°C。
2. 預備6隻耐熱小杯,塗上牛油並放入煙肉條。
3. 將小杯放於焗爐中央焗至煙肉變得香脆(約4分鐘)。
4. 在每隻杯內打入一隻雞蛋,用錫紙鋪蓋杯面。
5. 將焗爐調至120°C,放入小杯焗約2至3分鐘。
6. 享用前可灑上少量胡椒、鹽及香草。
