香辣豆腐鍋很健康,是既愛吃辣、又愛健康的人之選。

豆腐 2磚
指天椒 6隻
水 1.5公升
辣椒醬 100毫升
Seasoning
七味粉 適量
Method
1. 把豆腐切粒,小心清洗乾淨。
2. 把指天椒切碎。把水放進鍋內煲至出煙,先放入辣椒醬和指天椒煮5分鐘,再放入豆腐,一直攪拌著。
3. 煮大約20分鐘後,加入七味粉煮5分鐘即成。
Tips
攪拌豆腐不要太大力。
