此湯有清熱的作用,很適合夏天飲用。

花生 2両
老黄瓜 12両
瘦肉 6両
瑤柱 4粒
Seasoning
鹽 適量
Method
1. 瑤柱和花生洗淨。
2. 老黄瓜洗淨切厚件。
3. 瘦肉洗淨,汆水後再冲洗。
4. 煲滾適量水,煲至大滾後改慢火,煲約兩小時,加入適量調味料即成。
Tips
瑤柱可按個人喜好決定是否加入。
