Method
1. 把粟米逐粒搣下備用。
2. 把叉燒、西芹及菜脯洗淨後切粒備用。
3. 把材料(除腰果外)逐一炒香,盛起。
4. 把所有材料(除腰果外)一起快炒,熄火後加入腰果略炒。
5. 調味,加入適量的鹽和糖便可上碟。
Tips
1. 粟米不要用刀切,用手逐一搣出才能保持它的甜味。
2. 材料可因應個人口味而改變。
3. 腰果要熄火後才加入,這樣能保持它的鬆脆。
