雞柳 6條
煙肉 6塊
黑松露菌 隨意
Seasoning
橄欖油 1湯匙
雜香草 少許
菇鹽或幼鹽 少許
黑胡椒 少許
Method
1. 雞柳洗淨以廚房紙抺乾備用。
2. 落橄欖油、雜香草、黑胡椒略醃5分鐘。
3. 把煙肉斜放,將雞柳捲上。
4. 準備錫紙盆,放上雞柳卷、洒上菇鹽或幼鹽。
5. 焗爐先預熱,放入雞柳卷再以攝氏200度焗3分鐘。
6. 焗好的雞柳卷取出,放上黑松露菌醬即成。
Tips
1. 雞柳可用雞排切件代替。
2. 雞柳略醃會更美味。
3. 斜放煙肉才捲上雞柳,因可捲範圍較直放為大。
4. 黑松露菌醬可在大型超市買到。
