雞蛋含豐富優質的蛋白質,有助身體補充及製造骨膠原,令皮膚保持彈性及光澤。
Ingredient and Portion
撻皮:
牛油(室溫切粒) 40克
代糖 2湯匙
蛋黃 1隻
脫脂奶 1茶匙
麵粉 80克
雲呢拿油 少許

餡料:
脫脂奶 150毫升
代糖 4湯匙
蛋白 2隻
Method
1. 將焗爐預熱至攝氏180度。
2. 將牛油及代糖攪勻,加入蛋黃和奶,最後放入麵粉及雲呢拿油拌勻,做成批皮。
3. 將批皮用保鮮紙包著,放進雪櫃冷藏約25分鐘備用。
4. 脫脂奶、代糖和蛋白拌勻。
5. 將批皮放進餅模內壓成批,再倒進步驟3的混合物至8成滿。
6. 將批放進焗爐,焗約15-20分鐘即成。
