檸檬汁 1湯匙
杏仁片 1茶匙
脫脂無咖啡因可可粉 適量
Method
1. 預熱焗爐至攝氏180度。用攪拌器將蛋白打至起泡,慢慢加入代糖,將蛋白打至結實。
2. 加入檸檬汁,用湯匙將蛋白分別放在梳乎厘焗杯上。灑上杏仁片,放入焗爐焗約8-10分鐘,焗至金黄;然後灑上可可粉至梳乎厘上即成。
