本身芝士味不會太重,適合不太喜歡芝士味的人。
Ingredient and Portion
芒果 2個
麥維他消化餅 10塊
牛油 70g
魚膠粉 8g
溫水 30g
甜忌廉 90g
馬士卡邦芝士 100g
Method
1) 將1個芒果打成芒果汁,另1個芒果起肉切粒。
2) 將消化餅壓碎。
3) 牛油放入微波爐叮熱成牛油溶液,加入(2)拌勻後放入撻模壓實,然後放進雪櫃冷藏格冷藏10分鐘。
4) 魚膠粉加水混合,用熱水坐溶。
5) 甜忌廉打至8成企身,分兩次加入已降至室溫的馬士卡邦芝士中打勻。
5) 將魚膠水加入芒果汁拌勻,加入(5)中轉用膠刮將芒果汁跟芝士輕輕拌勻。
6) 將(5)放入撻模,放入雪櫃冷藏1-2小時取出,加上芒果粒裝飾即成。
