煙肉
蘆筍(切段)
雞蛋 1隻
麵粉
日式麵包糠
Method
1) 將煙肉包起蘆筍,用竹簽串起備用。
2) 打散雞蛋,順次序將煙肉均勻地沾上麵粉、雞蛋及日式麵包糠。
3) 放入炸爐,將兩面炸至金黃色即可,用廚房紙吸走多餘油份。
Tips
沾粉時要均勻,要慢慢做,確保整件煙肉蘆筍卷都均勻蘸上麵粉、蛋及麵包糠,這樣炸出才好看。
