Ingredient and Portion
牛油150克
砂糖150克
蛋50克
杏仁片150克
低筋麵粉260克
谷古粉40克
Method
1. 牛油混和糖打起至忌廉狀;加入蛋液,攪至浮身發起。
2. 加入杏仁片,攪勻。
3. 加入已過篩的低筋麵粉及谷古粉,輕輕攪勻。
4. 用手搓成深啡色麵糰。
5. 將麵糰搓至長方條,放入雪櫃冷藏至硬身。
6. 將已雪硬之麵糰切片。
7. 放入已預熱之焗爐焗18至20分鐘,取出放涼。
Tips
1. 麵粉與牛油、糖及杏仁片混合物不易融合,所以要用手搓,因為手的熱力可將牛油溶化,容易黏合。
2. 此食譜我用罐裝牛油,因為不用等待冷藏的牛油回復室溫,容易打發成忌廉狀。
