香蕉(大)1隻
可烘焙代糖2茶匙
植物牛油(已溶)2茶匙
雞蛋1隻
自發粉60克
玉桂粉1/2茶匙
水適量
Method
1. 預熱焗爐至攝氏180度。
2. 把香蕉去皮,搗爛成香蕉茸。
3. 將代糖、植物牛油和蛋以打蛋器打至軟滑忌廉狀,再加入香蕉茸拌勻。
4. 把自發粉及玉桂粉篩入蛋糊,加入適量水拌勻。
5. 最後將麵粉糊倒入蛋糕杯內,焗15至20分鐘即成。
