(2人份量)
白米 1/2杯
紅米 1杯
低脂火腿 3塊
雜菜粒 半杯
脫脂/低脂雞湯 1杯
蒜蓉 1茶匙
清水 適量
Method
1. 火腿切粒,待用。
2. 洗米後,加入蒜蓉,倒入雞湯及適量清水於電飯煲內,煲熟。
3. 飯熟後,加入火腿、雜菜粒拌勻,再焗數分鐘,即成。
