麵粉 170克
牛油 125克
糖 60克
雞蛋 50克/1隻
Seasoning
香草油 1/2茶匙
盬 1/2茶匙
Method
1.牛油+糖,用打蛋機打至奶白色
2.雞蛋放入(1),加入盬並拌勻
3.麵粉過篩慢慢加入(2),隨後加入香草油拌勻
4.粉團放入唧袋,在牛油紙或塗上牛油的錫紙上唧出曲奇形狀
5.放入焗爐以170度焗15-20分鐘即成

*曲奇可以唧厚一點使口感更佳
*加入個人創意可使曲奇形狀更加百變
