睇過好多關於全隻雞既食譜都唔算好難,成日都好想整,但永遠就比三樣野令我卻步:醃雞、斬雞和擺雞
今次決定挑戰佢,始終整到成隻雞,無論食定整的人應該都會好滿足,而且其實唔係好難整得好食,一於試試,只要有心一定攪得掂!

Ingredient and Portion
全雞 1隻
蒜頭 適量(足夠塞滿整隻雞)
鹽 適量
米 適量
Method
1. 將蒜頭除皮切片,另有部份切蓉
2. 將雞洗淨後,用廚紙印乾雞身
3. 將適量既鹽塗抺係全隻雞既外皮上
4. 將適量蒜蓉塗抺係全雞既內外
5. 將蒜片放入雞囊入面,入到九成半滿就可以用牙簽封口
6. 將雞放入電飯煲後按煲飯制,跳到完成後,打開倒入約手指厚度既熟水後再按多次煲飯制
7. 將雞拎出後,飯煲入面應該充滿住雞油的,加入已洗好的米及足夠的水後拌勻後煲飯
8. 之後將雞切件上枱
Tips
1. 斬開雞後會有好多充滿雞精華既蒜片,可以將佢地全都切晒做蓉
