這一個甜品我自己就減左糖再加大份量既薑汁,所以食時每啖都充滿薑味,如果大家喜歡薑味這個甜品一定岩大家。仲要由整至焗起都唔洗20分鐘,值得一試。
Ingredient and Portion
牛奶 60g
低筋麵粉 5g
粟粉 8g
薑汁 2湯匙
蛋黃 1隻
蛋白 1隻
糖 20g
Method
1. 預熱焗爐200度,先將已溶的牛油平衡掃入焗杯,再加入糖令到整個杯都沾上糖
2. 蛋黃加入10g糖攪拌,再加入已過篩之麵粉及粟粉
3. 牛奶煮熱,慢慢後倒入步驟2之材料內
4. 再放回煲中用慢火煮到杰身,加入薑汁。如果太稀就再放入爐慢火再煮
5. 蛋白先打至起泡,再加入10g 糖打至企身
6. 將小份量之蛋白霜加入步驟4之麵糊拌勻
7. 再將麵糊加入蛋白霜中用"cut and fold"方法攪好
8. 放入焗杯焗10-13分鐘
