薏米 適量
杞子 適量
牛奶 150ml
蛋白 2隻
檸檬汁 少許
煉奶 1湯匙
Method
1. 首先把蛋白和牛奶混合
2. 然後加入煉奶
3. 再加入檸檬汁
4. 最後放上薏米和杞子
5. 在碗上蓋上一層錫箔紙,中火燉10-15分鐘
Tips
1. 可以用保鮮紙代替錫箔紙
