燕麥和紅豆同樣是高纖低脂材料,用來製作甜品最適合不過。這一款燕麥紅豆糕製法簡單,性質溫和,冬天夏天均適合食用。
Ingredient and Portion
紅豆 60克
桂格燕麥片/燕麥糠 4湯匙
魚膠粉 3湯匙
砂糖 5湯匙
沸水 1 1/2杯
Method
1. 紅豆置於較深的碗內,注入浸過面的熱水浸1小時。
2. 紅豆加適量水分以中火煮約45分鐘至紅豆腍透,加入桂格燕麥片/燕麥糠再煮1–2分鐘,隔去多餘水分,待涼備用。
3. 魚膠粉及砂糖拌勻,注入沸水,快速攪拌至魚膠粉溶透。
4. 將半份魚膠糖水注入盛器中,放雪櫃冷藏至凝固。
5. 將餘下的魚膠糖水與煮好的紅豆燕麥拌勻,倒入已凝固的糖水上,放雪櫃冷藏至凝固,即可食用。
