必試既香滑燉蛋
Ingredient and Portion
蛋 1隻
牛奶 200ml
糖 4茶匙
Method
1.將奶和糖微微煮熱令到糖完全溶化(不用大滾起, 微微起白煙就可)
2.待涼後就加入蛋攪拌
3.放入碗內, 用保鮮紙/碟蓋上
4.用大火蒸左12分鐘再焗5分鐘
Tips
1.甜度可加可減, 最緊要岩自己口味
2.當日我用左一隻碟蓋上都可以蒸到平滑, 因為唔想浪費保鮮紙都盡量環保
3.我覺得蒸起來的效果跟碗的厚度都有關係, 如果大家用平時既中國碗用細火蒸比較好D, 而我當日用一隻比較厚身既容器, 所以我用大火.
