既可當作派對小食,亦可成為特色小菜,這味炸鮮奶球就像模範主婦一樣,出得廚房,入得廳堂。
Ingredient and Portion
(一)鮮奶兩瓶
(二)粟粉三湯羹
(三)吉士粉三湯羹
(四)油鑊
Seasoning
調味料:
(一)鹽一茶匙
(二)糖1/4 茶匙
(三)冬菇水四湯羹

炸料:
(一)生粉一湯羹、開水四湯羹
(二)另生粉半杯
Method
(一)鮮奶開粟粉、吉士粉,加入調味,用雙重煲煮成糊狀倒於一盆內待冷雪實。

(二)將雪實之奶糕切成圓形,蘸上生粉水,再黏生粉,即可炸至金黃色上碟。
