榴槤雖然不是人人的至愛, 但喜愛食榴槤的人, 喺夏天就一定會鐘意食呢款甜品!
Ingredient and Portion
西米 70g
榴槤 400g(可隨個人口味加減)
沙田柚 4-5件
淡忌廉 120ml
水 400ml
Seasoning
椰汁 60g
冰糖 70g
Method
1.水及冰糖煲滾煮溶,放涼備用
2.另煮滾水,加入西米煮5分鐘,然後蓋上煲蓋,焗10分鐘至西米變透明,隔去水份,浸凍水,再瀝乾水份
3.沙田柚去皮去核,柚肉拆碎備用
4.榴槤去核,用打蛋器打爛成榴槤蓉
5.糖水放涼後,加入淡忌廉,椰汁,榴槤蓉,沙田柚肉,西米,拌勻雪凍即可
Tips
1.榴槤選用金枕頭(濕包),做出嚟個效果會比較香濃好味
