丹桂花 3茶匙
黃糖 適量
水 8碗
雲呢拿香油 1茶匙
Method
1.將8碗水和桂花放入煲內煮滾
2.加入大菜絲煮溶,加黃塘及雲呢拿香油,攪拌煮溶
3.於室溫放涼後放入雪櫃雪凍,可隨時食用
Tips
1.大菜絲剪碎放入煲會較易溶解
