牛肋條 2磅
蕃茄 4隻
洋蔥 1隻
蒜頭 4粒
Seasoning
白酒 少量
細冰糖 1粒
糖 2茶匙
生抽 2湯匙
胡椒粒 少量
香葉 2塊
Method
1.洋蔥和蕃茄切粒,蒜頭切片,牛肋條出水備用
2.瓦煲加熱,加少許油爆香洋蔥,蒜片和牛肋條,後加入白酒及蕃茄
3.加入調味料冰糖、糖、生抽、胡椒粒.最後加清湯煮約1小時

1.少量的冰糖令牛肋條更快軟稔
