海鮮類令人感到夏天食左都不覺得肥膩,冬瓜及勝瓜同時可以令身體去濕清熱,加上海鮮清甜味美暑氣全消.做法簡單,煮得開心當然食得開心.

急凍蝦 6隻
扇貝 6隻
龍脷魚 半條
南瓜 100克
冬瓜 100克
勝瓜 100克
通心粉 1包
芫荽(切碎,裝飾用) 少許
Seasoning
濃縮魚湯 1粒
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
水 750ml

汆水用:
水 500ml
雞粉 1茶匙
Method
1.解凍蝦、扇貝、龍脷魚後切粒,用少許雞粉和粟粉醃,加水及雞粉將海鮮汆水備用
2.南瓜、冬瓜、勝瓜洗淨,切厚片,用梅花形牙极极出
3.將水煮沸,放濃縮魚湯煮沸攪拌,再放入南瓜、冬瓜、勝瓜煮5分鐘,再放入通心粉、蝦、扇貝、龍脷魚再煮3分鐘,放鹽及胡椒粉即可
