三文魚柳 1條(約半磅)
新鮮粟米 小半杯
珍珠米飯 2碗
日式即食紫菜碎 少許
Seasoning
甜豉油 適量
胡椒粉 適量
Method
1.清洗及抹乾三文魚柳,用胡椒粉及甜豉油醃10分鐘。
2.粟米放滾水中煮2分鐘,用冰水過冷河,瀝水備用。
3.先焗爐預熱,用錫紙包好三文魚柳,放入焗爐用200度焗10分鐘,取出放碗內
4.用叉將魚柳搗碎,放粟米及甜豉油拌勻,放於珍珠米飯上,再放紫菜碎於三文魚上。(吃時與飯拌勻,更添美味)
Tips
1.要用甜豉油才好味,普通豉油太咸了
