大蕃茄 1個
薑 1片
蒜泥 少許
蔥頭(切絲) 少許
蝦米 少許
Seasoning
鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
魚露 適量
Method
1.蔥頭切絲,蝦米浸軟切粒,苦瓜、洋蔥、大蕃茄切粗條
2.下1湯匙油,爆香薑,蝦米,蔥頭,蒜泥
3.再放洋蔥,苦瓜,炒軟下鹽糖
4.最後加蕃茄,略炒,下魚露,完成
Tips
1.苦瓜要去囊,怕苦可先用鹽洗一洗
2.蕃茄要最後炒,否則會出水太多變成蕃茄醬
3.這味小菜較乾身,需控制水份.
