夏天天氣咁熱,第一時間緊係想搵D透心涼嘅嘢食。
我就會搵包烏冬同其他材料整"雜錦冷烏冬"。
呢碟色彩繽紛嘅"雜錦冷烏冬"除左可以令人透心涼之外,仲要係健康之選。
Ingredient and Portion
烏冬 半包
溫室青瓜 半條
漬蘿白 1/4條
蟹柳 5條
明門卷 6片

Seasoning
冷烏冬汁 適量
健康飯素(調味) 少量
Method
1.煲滾水,放入烏冬,煮熟後用冰水冷卻烏冬。
2.將溫室青瓜和漬蘿白全部切條、蟹柳撕條、明門卷切片。
3.烏冬放底,加入烏冬汁,將所有材料放面,最後灑上健康飯素。
Tips
1.烏冬唔好煮過時,撈起要立即放入冰水冷卻,否則會唔彈牙。
