低筋麵粉 200克
牛油 120克
砂糖 30克
糖霜 30克
蛋黃 2個
藍莓果醬 適量
Method
1.先把砂糖跟糖霜攪勻,麵粉過篩後備用。
2.打起牛油後,逐少加入糖及蛋黃打勻。
3.分次篩入麵粉攪勻。
4.用保鮮紙包好麵團,輕按幾下擠出空氣。
5.放入雪櫃下格,存放約半個鐘後取出。
6.用曲奇模印出數量相等的整塊曲奇及空心曲奇圈,並將曲奇圈鋪在整塊曲奇上
7.於曲奇面空心位置鋪上適量藍莓果醬
8.放入170度焗爐焗15-20分鐘至金黃色,放涼即可
