A quick soup which requires no heavy boiling, this soup will sure give you good appetite because of its soury taste. For the small eaters, this can even be a very convenient meal in itself!

Ingredient and Portion

300g lean pork
300g pickled cabbage
3 long green onion strips
some shredded ginger
Seasoning

1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cooking wine
some sesame oil
some pepper powder
Method

Slice lean pork into thin pieces and cut the pickled cabbage into bite-size cubes.
Pour 5 cups of water in the cooker, added with pickled cabbage, shredded ginger and green onion strips to cook with high temperature till boiling. Switch to low temperature and cook for about 10 minutes. Boil the sour taste away, then add sliced pork. After well cooked, season with salt and cooking wine. Spray sesame oil and pepper powder.
