此餐單有助減壓和對抗壓力,因香蕉含有的維他命B6和方包所含的複合碳水化合物有助提升血清素及多巴胺水平,令情緒穩定。而南瓜所含的豐富維他命A及雞蛋的蛋白質,有助減少身體於壓力下所受之破壞及修補受損之細胞。
Ingredient and Portion
去皮方包4片
紫菜4片
南瓜1/2個
香蕉2條
蛋1隻
蜜糖3湯匙
Method
1. 南瓜去皮切件蒸15分鐘,搓爛備用。
2. 方包用麵粉棍壓扁,鋪上紫菜,塗上南瓜茸。
3. 香蕉去皮切成幼條,放於中間,捲起方包,接口用蛋漿封口。
4. 在上面掃上一層蛋漿,放於攝氏200度的焗爐內焗至金黃色。
5. 取出切件及淋上蜜糖即可。
Tips
若不喜歡南瓜,可用番薯代替。
