Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients:
beef 450g
dried orange peel 1 pc
water chestnuts 75g
Seasoning
Seasonings:
salt 2tsp
cornstarch 1tsp
sugar 1tsp
Method
mince the beef and mix with seaonings.
cut orange peel and water chestnuts into very small dices, mix well with beef, and press onto a plate. Leave for about 10 mins.
Prepare boiling water for steaming. Put in beef and steam for about 5 mins till beef is done.
Tips
To make beef cake smoother, drizzle a little bit of cooked oil over cake when dish is ready. Do not overcook.
