A great and tasty option as a vegetarian snack or party dish.
Ingredient and Portion
fresh mushrooms 10pcs
batter flour for frying
Seasoning
some spiced salt
Method
Wash fresh mushrooms, remove ears and cut a cross on the surface.
Combine the flour with some water, and stir until smooth.
Heat oil, dip mushrooms in batter and deep fry in oil. Take out when mushrooms turn golden in colour, saok up excess oil with kitchen paper and serve with some spiced salt.
