The vegetables does not only adds contrast in texture with the prawns, it also helpos balance off the rich spiciness of the sauce, amking this dish very refreshing.

Ingredient and Portion
small prawns, shelled 1/2Kilogram
carrots!/2pc,celery 1small stalk,1/2small onion,cucumber......all shredded finely
Seasoning
Hot and spicy sauce:
lime juice 2tbsp
fish sauce 11/2tbsp
hot chili sauce 1tbsp
sugar 2tsp
sesame oil 2tbsp
Method
Marinade prawns with some salt, pepper and wine.
Heat oil in wok, stir fry onion and shredded carrots. Add in prawns, drizzle a little wine and add in sauce ingredients and stir well. Lastly, add in shredded cucumber and celery and briefly mix well and serve.
