無糖雪糕的甜味完全來自蜂場蜜糖,口感清新香滑,配以鬆脆曲奇使味道更豐富,更有層次!是於夏天空調以外最冰凉最降溫的享受!

Ingredient and Portion
蛋黃 2隻
蜜糖 95克
牛奶 100克
淡忌廉 250克
曲奇餅 50克
Method
1.大碗裡放入蛋黃和蜜糖
2.用打蛋器打至呈淡黃色稠身狀
3.把牛奶和淡忌廉倒入鍋中,加熱至大慨80度
4.把(3)慢慢倒入(2),邊倒邊攪拌
5.再把(4)倒回鍋中以細火煮至稠身狀(如圖),要不斷攪拌以防燒焦
6.把(5)倒入盛器座水降溫,蓋好,放入雪櫃冷藏至涼身,大慨4-8小時
7.曲奇餅放入密實袋中打碎
8.把(6)倒入雪糕機攪拌約50分鐘,於臨完成前5分鐘加入曲奇餅碎,完成後放入密實盒即可食用
Tips
1.要以細慢火耐心煮牛奶蛋黃混合物,雪糕才會幼滑,不然蛋黃會熟透結塊
