在薯茸中加入鮮奶及芝士不但可令薯茸更香滑,這兩種材料更含豐富鈣質,有助兒童牙齒及骨骼發展,而所含的優質蛋白質,則有助兒童身體發育。
Ingredient and Portion
薯仔(大)2個
低脂奶1/2杯
牛油2茶匙
鹽3/4茶匙
甘筍(切幼粒)1/4杯
洋葱(切碎)1/4個
免治牛肉80克
切片磨菇1/4杯
黑椒粒1/2茶匙
低脂芝士2片
Method
1. 薯仔洗淨,烚15至20分鐘至熟透,去皮於大碗內搓爛。
2. 預熱焗爐至攝至200度。
3. 加入低脂奶、1茶匙牛油、1/2茶匙鹽及甘筍粒拌勻。
4. 用1茶匙牛油炒香洋葱碎,加入免治牛肉及磨菇炒碎,以少許黑椒粒及鹽調味備用。
5. 將一部份薯茸鋪於錫紙盆底及邊。
6. 放入牛肉餡,將芝士弄碎鋪在牛肉餡上。
7. 將餘下之薯茸鋪上頂,置於焗爐焗至表面金黃色。
