蓮藕是的莖部,含維他命C,熟食有養血、健脾、開胃的功效,購買時宜選腰身肥大且有泥的。加上牛腩一起炆煮,更有補氣血的作用。

牛腩600克
蓮藕300克
薑2片
清水適量
冰糖3塊
柱侯醬適量
蔥絲少許
Method
1. 將全部材料洗淨。
2. 牛腩汆水去腥味;蓮藕去皮,切成小方塊。
3. 鍋內下油,放入薑片熗鍋,加入牛腩炒香,倒入清水及調味料,用大火燜10分鐘,加入蓮藕塊,轉小火燜至牛腩變軟爛,撒入蔥絲,即可品嚐。
