There is no doubt that cheesecake is one of the most common and popular cakes in town. They come in a lot of different versions with different texture and flavours. try making this one to see if it suits your taste!
Ingredient and Portion
For crust:
digestive biscuits 1 1/4cup
sugar 2tbsp
cinnamon powder 1tsp
melted butter 1/4 cup

Cake:
Cream cheese 2 500g (thawed)
sugar 1/3cup
egg 1pc
flour 1/8 cup
grated lemon zest 1pc
yogurt 1cup
Method
1. Place biscuits in a plastic bag, and crush them into very fine pieces.
2. Mix melted butter, cinnamon powder and sugar into crushed biscuits, and stir until well combined. Press firmly onto base of 7 inch cake pan. Place in refridgerator and reserve for later use.
3. Preheat oven to 150C. Beat cream cheese with beater, then add in sugar and continue beating. Slowly beat in egg, flour, lemon zest and yoghurt, and continue beating until mixture is smooth and fine.
4. Pour cake mixture into baking pan, and place in 150C oven to bake for about 50 minutes. Take out and let cool. Place in fridge until it is thouroughly cooled and serve.
Tips
Thaw out cream cheese before use.

是先把蛋白和黃分開, 蛋白雪凍一陣 (方便一陣要打起),
而在拌材料時就只加蛋黃,

到最後所有材料拌好了, 就拿蛋白出來打起,
把芝士粉槳勻入蛋白泡裡..........
