番茄400克
清水600克
大菜10克
Seasoning
白砂糖100克
Method
1. 將番茄洗淨,用沸水略燙,撕去表皮,切成小粒,放入鍋中並加入100克清水,用中火煮約5分鐘,離火攪成糊狀,靜置待涼。
2. 大菜及500克清水放入鍋內,用大火煮溶,加入白砂糖攪勻,靜置待涼。
3. 將番茄糊加入大菜水中拌勻,然後倒在長方形器皿中,入雪櫃冷藏,食用時取出切片即成。
Tips
1. 應選用熟透的番茄,發綠或鬆軟的番茄勿用。
2. 番茄切開後,直接放在大菜中也可。
