The pork is crisp on the outside and moist and tender inside, and along with the spiced salt, this dish will surely be loved by kids!

pork ribs 320g
Seasoning
Marinade:
wine 1tbsp
light soya sauce 1tbsp
sugar 1tsp

Seasoning:
flour 1/2cup
cornstarch 2tbsp
spiced salt-some
Method
Cut ribs into smaller pieces. Marinade for about 20 minutes, the place into mixture of cornstarch and flour and stir well.
Heat oil in wok, when oil starts to steam, fry rib pieces until golden brown and done, the take out and drain away excess oil. Sprinkle spiced salt on top and serve.
Tips
Spiced salt can be quite salty, so sprinkle adequately according to your own taste preference.
