布朗尼(Brownies)是典型的美式蛋糕,質地比海綿蛋糕較為濕潤,味道亦較濃郁,可以加入合桃或花生一起焗增加口感,很多餐廳都會配合雪糕做甜品。
Ingredient and Portion

70%可可黑朱古力8安士
無鹽牛油8湯匙
幼黃糖3/4杯
鹽1/4茶匙
大蛋2隻
麵粉1/3杯
Method
1. 焗爐預熱至攝氏180度,把爐架放置底層,焗盤內掃上牛油。
2. 將朱古力及牛油切成小塊,隔熱水攪勻至完全溶解及幼滑。
3. 以膠刮或木匙羹把糖及鹽拌入朱古力漿內,然後逐次加入1隻雞蛋。
4. 加入麵粉攪至麵糊變成光身。
5. 把麵糊倒進焗盤中並撥至平滑後,置焗爐內焗30至35分鐘。
6. 焗好後把牙籤放入取出,如牙籤上略帶濕潤但沒有黏著蛋糕碎便可。把朱古力布朗尼取出冷卻10分鐘,然後用叉把朱古力布朗尼從焗盤中取出,待完全冷卻後,便可切成2吋x2吋的小方塊享用。
