Method
1. 將忌廉加熱並放入糖,攪拌直至溶化。
2. 待忌廉冷卻至攝氏70度,倒於黑朱古力中並攪匀。
3. 將黑朱古力醬冷卻至攝氏35度,倒入牛油、提子乾及白蘭地。
4. 將黑朱古力醬唧成圓形狀,置於一旁隔夜放涼。
5. 將可可粉沾上已凝固之朱古力,即可享用。
